Shipments and Delivery
DO NOT CONTACT US FOR DETAILS ON YOUR SHIPMENT UNLESS 10 WORKING DAYS (Monday - Friday) HAVE LAPSED. WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE NORTHERN TERRITORY.
Packages are generally dispatched same day (excluding weekends) or within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Express Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. We only supply tracking number if your package has not been delivered within 5 working days to major centers or 10 working days to remote locations. Please be patient as sometimes it takes extra delivery time for orders to the remote areas, up to 10 working days in WA.
Please note that we do not process orders on the weekends and Public Holidays. Orders placed on the weekends are processed on Monday.
- We offer optional insurance on all our orders.
- This covers shipments which are lost via Australia Post and 10 working days have lapsed. We will replace them and re-ship free of change.
- This does not include packages which Australia post tracking shows as delivered.
- This does not guarantee a faster delivery.
If you chose not to insure your parcel and it is lost or fails to arrive through Australia Post we accept no responsibility or liability.
Once Australia post delivers your parcel, we accept no responsibility for missing parcels.
All our deliveries are normally done through Australia Post, Express Post.
You will always received your tracking number by email.
Pending – no events yet
When you go to track your order you may find you get a: ‘pending – no events yet’
This is perfectly normal as we sometimes use a posting box or bulk post over the counter and the shipment has not been scanned yet.
Sometimes it wont be scanned until delivery, which is annoying, but beyond our control.
There is nothing we can do about this and you can check the tracking details in 24-48 hours.
- Capital cities can take 3 working days
- Regional areas 5 working days
- Remote areas up to 10 working days
Postage is done Monday to Friday, We don’t process or post orders on weekends.
